Creating an onboarding or offboarding ticket properly is imperative to achieve a smooth transition for the new or exiting user experience as well as anyone else involved at your company. While the process of submitting is a simple task, there are several key factors to keep in mind when submitting these types of requests. The following are some important items to consider and keep in mind while submitting your requests.
NOTE: Only approved members of your organization will have the ability to create a ticket in the Onboarding and Offboarding Hub. Approval from a high level admin approver will be required to update any users needing access to submit these types of requests.
